  • socialized and good natured

  • house trained

  • current on shots/vaccinations/flea & tick protection

  • fixed (neutered or spayed)

  • medium to small (under 50 lbs.)

  • Daily walks (typically 4 times)

  • Any necessary medications (no extra charge)

  • Daily text or email updates on your pet

  • Daily picture of your pet
